1. All work produced by internal creatives or outside agencies should be submitted to for a comprehensive brand review. Note: Please submit your asset in its most final form. Example: Submit the layout of the email communication in the actual email template. Please build in time in your launch schedule for brand update changes if needed.
  2. A Brand review does not include copyediting, proofreading or fact checking.
  3. If needed, a Brand review can ask for expert consult from Design, Risk, Legal, Sourcing, etc. on a given piece. Should Brand require additional consult requiring additional time, Brand will communicate to the Business Owner the updated turnaround time due to consult.
  4. SLA agreement is 2 business days unless noted.
